Mehta Integrated Finance Limited engages in capital market investment and consulting activities in India. The company provides valuation services, including business valuations, valuation of intangible assets, shares valuation, ESOP valuation, purchase price allocation, and fairness opinions; buy back offers; take over/open offers; rights issue; delisting; direct listing; and credit rating advisory. It also offers corporate finance services, such as term loans / project loans, working capital finance, letter of credits, bank guarantees, and corporate loans from banks and financial institutions; and advising and drafting of ESOP schemes, and formulating ideal ESOP structure for the company. In addition, the company provides mergers and acquisitions services comprising buy and sell side advisory, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures; corporate advisory in merger and amalgamation, investment and corporate advisory, SME listing, initial public offering, and further public offerings; and private equity placement, growth capital, venture funding, preferential allotment, qualified institutional placement, and private investment in public equity. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Ahmedabad, India.
