Noor Financial Investment Company – KPSC, together with its subsidiaries, provides investment and financial services in Kuwait, the GCC, and internationally. It operates through Investments, Real Estate, IT Services, and Hotel Operations. The company offers mutual funds; public placement and private placement advisory services; wealth management services; and transaction based advisory services, including business valuations, portfolio valuation, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment, as well as strategic financial advisory, such as merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings, business modeling, change of control, going private, management buyout, and public private partnerships. It also provides banking; investment advisory and portfolio solutions; and invests in local and international equities, public and private equity markets and real estate opportunities, as well as listed equities and financial products. In addition, the company operates Amman International Airport Hotel, a 4-stars hotel, as well as provides hospitality services and management of third-party hospitality businesses; owns and manages residential and commercial properties; provides maintenance for residential and commercial complex, entertainment centers, hotels, and tourist facilities; develops, leases, and operates real estate properties; and provides information technology solutions and services, including Oracle, Cloud, ERP and Kiosk solutions, CMS/DMS and archiving, software development and integration, manpower outsourcing and recruitment, printers and copiers consumables, and maintenance and training services. Further, it engages in general trading and contracting activities; leasing of submarine internet transmission cables; and media and advertisement services. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Noor Financial Investment Company - KPSC is a subsidiary of National Industries Group Holding – KPSC.
