Noor Financial Investment Company – KPSC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the investment and financial worldwide. The company provides public placement and private placement advisory services; wealth management services; and transaction based advisory services, including business valuations, portfolio valuation, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment, as well as strategic financial advisory, including merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings, business modeling, change of control, going private, management buyout, and public private partnerships.
