In addition, the company offers various services, including online data/information storage, online monitoring and review of employee efficiency, online monitoring of cost and production efficiency, and online monitoring and maintenance of plant and machinery, as well as sale and trade of related software and equipment. Further, it provides software consultancy, software customer service, software development, software solutions, and software support services, as well as engages in the provision of services as technical supports, and service level agreements (SLAS) and related spares.
