PG p.l.c., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the supermarket, real estate, and fashion retail business activities in Malta. It operates through Supermarkets and Associated Retail Operations; and Franchise Operations segments. The company is involved in the retailing of food, household goods, and other ancillary products through the PAVI Shopping Complex and PAMA Shopping Village; and operation of franchise stores for clothing under the Zara brand name and household goods under the Zara Home brand name. It also leases various retail outlets within PAVI Shopping Complex and PAMA Shopping Village to third parties. In addition, the company operates branded fashion retail outlets and supermarkets; manages retail area; invests in properties; and imports and wholesales retail products. PG p.l.c. was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Mosta, Malta.
