Pioneer Insurance Company Limited provides various non-life insurance products and services in Bangladesh. The company offers fire insurance products, including fire and allied perils, household, hotel owners all risks, and industrial all risks insurance, as well as coverage for consequential loss due to fire and allied perils; marine insurance products, such as marine cargo, hull, and freight insurance; and motor insurance products comprising comprehensive and increased liability insurance. It also provides aviation insurance products, which include hull, liability, deductible, WAR, crew personal accident, and loss of license insurance; and engineering insurance products that comprise electronic equipment, deterioration of stock, energy risks, power plant, boiler and pressure vessel, contractors and erection all risks, contractors plant and machinery, machinery, and machinery loss of profit insurance products, as well as lift, escalator, and hoisting equipment insurance. In addition, the company offers all risks, cash/property in premises, money/cash in transit, cash in ATM, burglary, general/public liability, comprehensive general and employers liability, products liability, professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, personal accident, and people's personal accident insurance products. Further, it provides overseas medi-claim, cellular mobile phone, fidelity guarantee, hole in one golf tournament, neon sign, plate glass, rubber plantation, safe deposit box, group hospitalization plan, abandonment of cricket match, air travel, credit card holder, livestock, and poultry insurance. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
