Premier Leasing & Finance Limited, a non-banking financial institution, provides lease and term finance services for various sectors in Bangladesh. The company offers lease finance services for capital machinery, construction and medical equipment’s, generators, boilers, vehicles, elevators, air-conditioning plants, house-holds and other essential items, as well as equipment’s for business enterprises like mills, factories, financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, educational institutions, clinics, hospitals, corporate bodies, and individuals. It also provides term loan; long term loans to real estate developers and apartment purchasers; small and medium enterprises finance for poverty alleviation and creation of employment opportunity, small light engineering, and manufacturing of fast moving consumer goods; syndicated finance; and housing finance. In addition, the company accept deposits from corporate bodies, banks, insurance companies and individuals; monthly saving scheme; and monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual, and double money income deposit. The company was formerly known as Premier Leasing International Limited and changed its name to Premier Leasing & Finance Limited in September 2007. Premier Leasing & Finance Limited was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
