Txcd Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the mineral resources trading; property development; and engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) activities in Malaysia. It operates through three segments: Construction, Property Development, and Others. The company’s construction projects include residential and commercial properties comprising landed properties, high-rise properties, transportation hubs, and infrastructure works. It also offers information technology (IT) systems software and solutions; information technology software, hardware, and accessories; and software customization, IT, and data analysis services. In addition, the company is involved in the building construction; trading of construction raw materials; wholesale of a variety of goods; business, and general trading activities; and trading of sugar, paddy, and Information of Things (IOT) vending machines. Further, it acts as traders, importers, exporters, and wholesalers; sells various products through vending machines; act as marketers, agents, and distributors of vending machines; provides a platform for customer loyalty reward program and membership management, as well as to transact any business concerns. The company was formerly known as Ageson Berhad and changed its name to Txcd Berhad in December 2024. Txcd Berhad was incorporated in 2002 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
