The company was formerly known as Rui Kang Pharmaceutical Group Investments Limited and changed its name to China Biotech Services Holdings Limited in November 2017. China Biotech Services Holdings Limited was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
