El Shams for Housing and Development Co SAE is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the real estate and housing sector. The Company is primarily focuses on the purchase and lease operations of lands for the purpose of developing, managing, selling and leasing out property and buildings, as well as offering contracting, construction, maintenance and management services to residential, touristic, and administrative structures. It also offers technical consultancy services related to real estate development. The Company’s main business is structured into two segments, namely the Housing and Developments division, which includes development projects in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and Sixth of October City, and the Leasing division, which is engaged mainly in leasing and managing several residential properties and buildings in Cairo and Giza.
