Smart Finsec Limited, a non-banking finance company, engages in the investment, lending, and real estate businesses in India. It operates through two segments; Real Estate and NBFC Activity. The company offers loans and advances, leasing, hire-purchase, and share and debenture conversion consulting and assistance services; acquires and underwrites shares, stocks, bonds, debentures, and securities issued by government or local authority or other securities; and acts as a share transfer agent. It also holds, builds, contracts, establishes, owns, sells, buys, possesses, deals, maintains, manages, constructs, lets or sublets on rent, erects, allots, develops, collaborates, patents, copyrights, buys and sells on lease, exchange, acquires, hire purchases, finances, and develops rights for free and leasehold properties, land, houses, rest house, public places etc. In addition, the company engages in the real estate agent, consultant, and brokerage activities; and chit business. The company was formerly known as Kevalin Securities Limited and changed its name to Smart Finsec Limited to May 2010. Smart Finsec Limited was incorporated in 1994 and is based in New Delhi, India.
