Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the production and trading of electricity in Vietnam. The company operates the Thac Ba hydropower plant. It is involved in the management, operation, repair, maintenance, overhaul, and renovation of hydraulic and architectural works, and equipment of hydropower plants and transformer stations; and testing and calibration of electrical equipment. In addition, the company buys, sells, exports, and imports materials and equipment; and offers consultancy services on construction investment projects, construction investment management, and construction supervision of electrical works. Further, it invests in power grid and grid works; provides training on management, operation, maintenance, and repair of power plant equipment; and business travel services. The company was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Yen Binh, Vietnam. Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering JSC.
