Thal Limited manufactures and sells v goods, papersacks, and laminate sheets in Pakistan. The company operates through Engineering; Building Material and Allied Products; and Real Estate Management and Others segments. It offers automotive wiring harness systems to automobile manufacturers; auto air-conditioners, heat exchangers, heater blowers, air-conditioner controls, heater cores, condensers, and aluminum radiators; and engine starters and alternators for passenger cars. The company provides twill and coffee sacks, sugar sacks, heavy and light cees, hessian cloths and bags, yarns, and twines; and papersacks for packaging requirements of various industries, such as cement, chemicals and dyes, bonding adhesives, industrial salt, calcium, gypsum, carbon black, milk powder, guar gum, and others, as well as single or multi ply square bottom bags. In addition, it provides high-pressure decorative laminates under the FORMITE brand name. Further, the company offers internal audit, IT related, advisory, and HR and management services; trades in automotive parts, accessories, chemical gases, and general goods; owns and manages real estate properties; and produces automobile seats, seat parts, air cleaners, and other automobile parts. Additionally, it engages in developing a 330 MW coal-fired power generation plant at Thar, Sindh. The company exports its jute products to approximately 25 countries, including Australia, Egypt, India, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Tanzania, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States; and papersack products to the Middle East, India, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Thal Limited was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.
