The Financial Corporation Company SAOG operates as an investment banking company in the Sultanate of Oman and internationally. The company operates through Brokerage, Portfolio Management, and Investment Activities segments. The Brokerage segment deals in shares at the Muscat Securities Market and other overseas markets. The Portfolio Management segment provides portfolio management and investment advisory services for client portfolios. The Investment Activities segment invests in Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) and overseas markets. The company also offers securities brokerage, portfolio and fund management, margin financing, and investment related services, as well as operates as an investment manager of Fincorp Al Amal Fund, an open-ended investment fund. In addition, it provides asset management, corporate finance, specialized advisory, and equity research services. It serves institutions, pension funds, high net worth individuals, and large retail clients. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman.
