Torunlar Real Estate Investment Partnership Joint Stock Company (“Torunlar GY O” or the “Company”). The Company was established in 1996 in Istanbul, Türkiye under the title of Toray Construction Industry and Trade Inc. The Company was registered as Torunlar Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. on January 21, 2008, with the amendment to the articles of association in the Trade Registry Gazette published on January 25, 2008. The Company is registered with the Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) and its shares have been traded on Borsa Istanbul since October 21, 2010. The Company operates in Türkiye. As of March 31, 2025, the Company had 56 employees (December 31, 2024: 54) and its ultimate parent company is the Torun Family. The company is registered in the Istanbul Trade Registry Chamber in Türkiye and its headquarters is located at the following address: Rüzgarlibahçe Mahallesi Özalp Çikmazi No: 4 Beykoz 34805 Istanbul/Türkiye. The main activity of the Company is to engage in the purposes and subjects written in the CMB regulations regarding real estate investment partnerships, such as investing in real estate, real estate-based capital market instruments, real estate projects and capital market instruments.
