Trakm8 Holdings PLC, together with its subsidiaries, designs, develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and sells vehicle telematics equipment and services, and optimization solutions in the United Kingdom, rest of Europe, and internationally. The company offers fleet management solutions, such as live vehicle tracking, driver behaviour, electric vehicle management, vehicle health, live streaming video, and remote tachograph download solutions; and route optimization and planning solutions. It also provides telematics insurance solutions, such as Connect 330, an OBD self-install device; Connect 200, a 12v plugin device; Connect 210, a self-install battery mounted device; and Connect 430, a hardwired device. In addition, the company offers optimization solutions in the areas of transport and logistics, energy management, mobility, and electric vehicles; integrated telematics cameras, dash cams, and multi-camera systems for vehicles; and engineering, professional, and mapping services. Further, it provides automotive telematics solutions, including Connectedcare and asset management solutions; and remote identification of vehicle sensor and fault data, and breakdown assistance apps, as well as reminders for MOT dates, servicing, and tax renewals. The company serves direct insurers, managing general agents, brokers, and roadside assistance clubs. The company was formerly known as Elegy (No.13) Plc and changed its name to Trakm8 Holdings PLC in October 2005. Trakm8 Holdings PLC was founded in 2002 and is based in Birmingham, the United Kingdom. As of July 9, 2025, Trakm8 Holdings PLC operates as a subsidiary of Omegro.
