UNACEM Corp S.A.A. produces, markets, and sells various types of cement, clinker, and concrete products in Peru, the United States, Ecuador, Colombia, and Chile. The company operates through three segments: Production and Marketing of Cement, Production and Marketing of Concrete, and Generation and Marketing of Electrical Energy using Hydraulic Resources. It also provides consulting and technology assistance, storage, and surveillance services. In addition, the company engages in the real estate business; extraction of non-ferrous metal ores; thermal plant operation; produces and sells prefabricated concrete; sale of energy and power; and manufacturing of quicklime and calcium carbonates. The company was formerly known as Unión Andina de Cementos S.A.A. and changed its name to UNACEM Corp S.A.A. The company was founded in 1967 and is based in La Victoria, Peru.
