United Real Estate Company K.S.C.P., together with its subsidiaries, engages in real estate operation and development in Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Syria, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Europe, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It operates through Rental Operations, Hospitality Operations, Real Estate Development and Property Trading, and Contracting and Services segments. The company engages in the development, lease, purchase, and resale of real estate properties; ownership, sale, and acquisition of real estate properties and lands; and management of third-party properties. Its property portfolio includes hotels, clubs, motels, entertainment houses, rest places, gardens, parks, exhibitions, restaurants, cafes, residential compounds, touristic and health spas, entertainment and sports facilities, and stores. The company also provides hospitality services through its owned hotels comprising Marina Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Bhamdoun Hotel, Waldorf Astoria, and Salalah Residence. In addition, it offers agriculture, general trading, touristic development, contracting, beauty, and medical care services; facilities management services, such as maintenance, cleaning, and security services; real estate advisory services; and maintenance works of buildings and real estate properties, such as civil, mechanical and electrical works, elevators and air conditioning works, and other related maintenance works. Further, the company engages in the organization of real estate exhibitions; holding of real estate bids; ownership, sale, and acquisition of stocks and bonds of real estate companies; ownership of commercial markets and residential compounds; food manufacturing; and investment in agriculture. The company was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait. United Real Estate Company K.S.C.P. is a subsidiary of Kuwait Projects Company Holding K.S.C.P.
