Vikram Thermo (India) Limited engages in the manufacture, marketing, and export of pharmaceutical excipients and chemicals in India and internationally. The company offers pharmaceutical polymer products, such as DRUGCOAT, a methacrylic co-polymer-based pharma polymer used for enteric and protective coating, taste masking, and sustained release formulation; DRCOAT, a ready to use tablet coating system for enteric and film coating, moisture barrier, and specialty coating applications in the pharmaceutical industry; and diphenyl oxide used as perfumery stabilizer and for manufacturing heat transfer fluids. It also provides cosmetic polymers, including AQUAPOL polymer, an acrylic emulsion capable of suspending, stabilizing, thickening, and improving the appearance of high surfactant-based cleansing products. In addition, the company offers ion exchange polymers comprising APION: An-Ion Exchange Cross Linked Polymers which are excipients that provides formulation flexibility to problems like disintegration and taste masking of bitter API. The company was founded in 1985 and is based in Ahmedabad, India.
