NIU Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides structural and geotechnical engineering design and consultancy services in Hong Kong, Macau, and the People’s Republic of China. The company offers structural engineering services, such as loading calculation and stress design; geotechnical engineering services, including calculation of earth surface conditions and assessment of risks posed by site conditions; civil engineering services, which involve infrastructure works and drainage; and material engineering services, including analyzing the use of and selecting building materials in a construction project, as well as other related services, such as registered structural engineers and authorized persons work in relation to alterations, additions work, and expert services. It also provides slope investigation and improvement projects, site formation, excavation, and lateral support works for residential, office, hotel, commercial, institutional, educational, and industrial developments, as well as construction of new properties and refurbishment/maintenance of existing properties. In addition, the company offers IT solutions and services; procurement of IT products; installation services for IT equipment; computer–aided drawings, design of construction, and back-office support; and equipment rental services. The company was formerly known as King Of Catering (Global) Holdings Ltd. and changed its name to NIU Holdings Limited in June 2025. NIU Holdings Limited was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Sha Tin, Hong Kong.
