Warba Bank K.S.C.P., together with its subsidiaries, provides various banking products and services in Kuwait, rest of the Middle East countries, and internationally. It operates through Corporate, Retail, Treasury, Investment, and Other segments. The company offers current, salary, investment savings, family, and call accounts; credit cards; fixed deposits; and personal financing products, including auto, consumer, medical, housing, Al Wafi, transfer the debt, auto and medi cash, and health educational programs finance services. It also provides corporate banking services, such as real estate and industrial plot Ijara ending with ownership transfer, private housing finance, commodity Murabaha, and letters of credit and guarantee, as well as financing for the purchase of assets; and investment banking services, such as structured, securitization, and syndication finance services. In addition, the company offers discretionary, non-discretionary, and custody portfolio management services; online and mobile banking services; and POS devices, corporate deposit card, concierge, and payment gateway activities. Further, the company provides real estate, financial securities, and corporate management services; and partners with the brands and agencies to introduce them to the Kuwait market. Warba Bank K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
