W T K Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, operates in the timber industry in Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Thailand, and internationally. It operates through five segments: Timber, Plantation, Tapes, Food, and Investment Holding and Others. The company provides oil and gas related services; cultivates, plants, and manages oil palm plantations; manufactures and sells veneer, plywood, and sawn timber; extracts and sells logs and timber products; and produces and sells crude palm oil and palm kernel. It is also involved in integrated agricultural farming, poultry, and aquaculture; import, wholesale, and retail of groceries, frozen food, and consumer products; reforestation activities; trading of tapes, foil, papers, timber, and electrostatic discharge products; marketing and sale of tape related accessories, and other packaging materials; and operation and management of a palm oil mill. In addition, the company engages in property investment; property rental; amusement, recreation, cafeteria, and canteen activities. Further, it manufactures, trades in, markets, and sells adhesive tapes and gummed tapes; operates barge; operates as a logging contractor; and offers management services. W T K Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1970 and is headquartered in Sibu, Malaysia.
