ZB Financial Holdings Limited provides commercial banking, merchant banking, and other financial services in Zimbabwe. The company offers fixed deposits; savings, heritage, stash, and current accounts; foreign currency accounts; diaspora and agency banking; and debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. It also provides corporate banking products; mortgage, consumer, and business loans; cash funeral plan; and international banking services comprises correspondent banking, commodity finance, import and export finance, exchange control and advisory services, clean documentary collections, documentary letters of credit, and foreign lines of credit. In addition, the company offers financial products and advisory services, such as flotation and public offerings, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers and mergers, capital raisings, research, business proposal construction, privatization/commercialization advice, rights offer and placements, joint venture advice, management buy-outs, and valuation advice; and treasury bills, bankers acceptances, project finance, structured facilities, and investments advisory services. Further, it provides life assurance services; and re-insurance services for fire, engineering, motor, marine, travel, cyber, miscellaneous accident, fidelity guarantee, and bond and guarantee classes, as well as glass, money, and casualty business, including liabilities and personal accident classes; and agriculture, tourism, and mining. In addition, the company offers internet and mobile banking, point of sale machine, and automated teller machine services. The company was formerly known as Zimbabwe Financial Holdings Limited and changed its name to ZB Financial Holdings Limited in October 2006. The company was founded in 1951 and is based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
