Zhongtian Construction (Hunan) Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the provision of construction services in the People’s Republic of China. It offers civil building construction services; municipal works construction, such as urban roads, education institutions, sports stadiums, and water supply works; foundation works and earthwork construction; prefabricated steel structure construction services; and other specialized contracting works comprising building renovation and decoration construction specialized contracting. The company also provides provision of construction contracting as general contractor for residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects. In addition, it engages in the steel structure construction; installation of construction lifting facilities; renovation works; and rental of construction machinery, pipe racks, and fasteners. The company was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Zhuzhou, the People’s Republic of China. Zhongtian Construction (Hunan) Group Limited is a subsidiary of ZT (A) Limited.
