A'ayan Real Estate Company K.S.C.P., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the real estate development and investment activities in Kuwait and rest of GCC countries. The company operates through Project Management, Investments, Property Management, and Others segments. It owns, trades in, leases, and rents real estate properties; buys, develops, owns, and sells land; and develops, establishes, and manages commercial, residential, tourist, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The company also engages in contracting business related to real estate; trading of construction materials and building supplies; and the provision of building maintenance services. In addition, it invests in, owns, operates, manages, rents, and leases hotels, health clubs, tourist facilities, restaurants and cafeterias, residential complexes, shops, and sports projects. Further, the company is involved in the exploitation of investing surplus funds in portfolios. Additionally, it invests in and establishes engineering laboratories associated with real estate investment; and provides real estate consultancy services. The company was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
