Beverly JCG Ltd., an investment holding company, engages in the trading and distribution, and medical businesses in Singapore and Malaysia. The Trading and Distribution segment engages in the trading and distribution of steel raw materials, consumables, instruments, and semi-finished products for steel mills, iron and steel foundries, and aluminum smelters in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as provision of ancillary services. The Aesthetic Medical segment offers aesthetic medical services, including the provision of aesthetic medical, beauty, and wellness services. The Investment and Others segment provides management services, as well as marketing, distribution, and related services. The company provides plastic surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, aesthetic dental care, cosmetological and aesthetical related treatments, hair transplant, physiotherapy, spa, and reflexology services; healthy aging therapy, health screening and wellness, and medical research services; and operates medical specialist center with outpatient and day care services and activities. It also offers clinical and other general medical services, and beauty salons. The company was formerly known as JCG Investment Holdings Ltd. and changed its name to Beverly JCG Ltd. in July 2020. Beverly JCG Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Singapore.
