APS Bank plc, a commercial bank, offers various banking and financial products and services for individual and corporate customers in Malta. It operates through four segments: Retail, Commercial, Investment Services, and Liquidity Management and Structured Loans. The Retail segment offers home loans, personal loans, overdraft facilities, deposits products, and other general banking activities to individual customers. The Commercial segment provides lending facilities falling under the suite of the commercial products, as well as deposit products to commercial customers. The Investment Services segment offers investment and insurance products, as well as pension plan products and discretionary investment services. The Liquidity Management and Structured Loans segment engages in the management of the financial investments portfolio; correspondent bank relationships; trades in finance; and syndicated loan portfolios. APS Bank plc was founded in 1910 and is based in Birkirkara, Malta. APS Bank plc is a subsidiary of Arom Holdings Ltd.
