Shearwater Group plc, together with its subsidiaries, provides cyber security, managed security, and professional advisory solutions for corporate clients in the United Kingdom, rest of Europe, North America, and internationally. The company was formerly known as Aurum Mining plc and changed its name to Shearwater Group plc in January 2017. Shearwater Group plc was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
