Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc manufactures and sells industrial, medical, and food grade gases in Nigeria. It offers nitrogen, ammonia, hydrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and calibration gases, as well as gas equipment and mixtures for oil and gas industry; and medical oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, helium, hydrogen, and medical carbon dioxide, as well as specialty gases, medical air, dry ice, and cryogenic containers for medical and pharmaceutical industry. The company also provides special and refrigerant gases, as well as industrial oxygen for applications in the combustion system of vehicles in automobile industry; special gases, industrial oxygen and dissolved acetylene, medical oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide for aviation, shipping, and logistics industries; and industrial gases for fabrication and construction, and food and beverages industries. In addition, it sells welding and medical equipment; engages in the sale and servicing of equipment related to gases; and provides customer engineering, after sales, technical support, safety, installation, and maintenance services. The company was formerly known as BOC Gases Nigeria Plc and changed its name to Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria plc in October 2021. Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc was incorporated in 1959 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc is a subsidiary of TY Holdings Ltd.
