GGToor, Inc. is engaged in the business of esports, and the development of youth sports and family entertainment complexes. The Company operates through two segments: Global eSports operations and Virtual Real Estate operations. The Global eSports operations consists of the operations of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Shadow Gaming, Inc. These operations include its Tournaments with the launch of its new Open Platform model, where users can establish and manage Shadow Gaming sponsored eSports events, with event organizers and the Shadow Gaming platform. The Virtual Real Estate operations consist of the sale and/or leasing of the Company’s Virtual Real Estate parcels. The combined parcels are called GGTOORCITY, which is a virtual city in entertainment. The Company accepts subscriptions from players, gamers, and tournament organizers.
