Charoen Pokphand Enterprise (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells animal feeds, livestock, and chicken and processed products in Taiwan. It operates through Feed Business, Meat Processing Business, Food Processing Business, and Husbandry Business segments. The company produces mixed feed for chickens, pigs, ducks, cattle and other animals; manufactures electric slaughtering equipment; develop and sale of chicken processed products for breakfast, catering, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other markets; and production and sales of hatching eggs. It also operates breeding chicken farm; and breeding pig biotechnology center focusing on molecular biology and genetic engineering. In addition, the company is involved in imports of animal medicines, feed additives, and biological preparations; supplies vaccine and feed additives; management of producing and non-producing business investment; and management of importing and exporting business. The company was formerly known as Taiwan Pokphand Feed Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Charoen Pokphand Enterprise (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. in 1988. Charoen Pokphand Enterprise (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1921 and is based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
