In addition, the company engages in wholesale and retail activities; operates in transportation on industry; and industrial investment activities, as well as other financial services. It serves refining, aromatics, olefins, basic chemicals, fine chemicals, and various downstream application areas. The company was formerly known as Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd and changed its name to Hengli Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. in May 2016. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Dalian, China.
