The company was formerly known as DCB Holdings Limited and changed its name to Coolpoint Innonism Holding Limited in August 2022. The company was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Tai Po, Hong Kong. Coolpoint Innonism Holding Limited is a subsidiary of Advance Goal Group Limited.
