Dipped Products PLC, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and markets industrial and general purpose rubber gloves in Sri Lanka, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Russia, North America, and South America. It offers fabric supported and unsupported, disposable, electrician, sleeves, household and industrial, examination, and medical gloves, as well as personal protective wear. The company also manufactures cotton and synthetic flocks. It also involved in management of tea and rubber plantations. The company primarily offers its products under the Palmrite, DPL Occupational, LINEPRO, and DPL PaLM-PRO brand names. Its products are used in various applications, including agriculture, automotive and transportation, chemicals, cold and winter, construction, dish washing, DIY, facility maintenance, food preparation, gardening, household, industrial, laboratory, laundry, life sciences and electronics, logistics and warehousing, mechanics, medical, oil and gas handling, oil and mining, pharmaceuticals, retail, and waste management. The company was incorporated in 1976 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
