The Event Management segment organizes exhibitions, fashion shows, conferences and seminars, and auctions and ripe market events. The Logistics and Freight Forwarding segment provides transportation, cargo handling, warehousing, freight clearing, marine and air shipment, and specialized oil and gas field services. The Mobility and Others segment offers limousine services, bus on demand, vehicle rental, recovery services, electric vehicles charging, car parking, IT services, railway infrastructure, and train spare parts and security system trading. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
