Immutep Limited, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, develops lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3) related immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases in Australia. The company's lead product candidate is the eftilagimod alfa (efti or IMP321), a soluble LAG-3lg fusion based on the LAG-3 immune control mechanism for the treatment of cancer. The company was formerly known as Prima BioMed Ltd and changed its name to Immutep Limited in November 2017. Immutep Limited was incorporated in 1987 and is based in Sydney, Australia.
