The company was formerly known as Energiedienst Holding AG and changed its name to naturenergie holding AG in May 2024. The company was founded in 1894 and is headquartered in Laufenburg, Switzerland. naturenergie holding AG is a subsidiary of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG.
