Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust (the "Trust" or the "REIT") is an unincorporated open-ended real estate investment trust formed on March 11, 2011 under the Civil code of Quebec, pursuant to a trust agreement and is domiciled in Canada. The REIT, through its subsidiaries, joint ventures and co-ownerships, is a lessor of commercial real estate properties. The Trust is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX.V") under the symbol "NET.UN", and its head office is located at 106 Gun Avenue, Pointe-Claire, Quebec, H9R 3X3. The Trust operates in one segment, commercial real estate located in Canada. Accordingly, the Trust has a single reportable segment.
