The company also provides facilities services, including cleaning and conservation, technical and industrial cleaning, cleaning at heights, hospital cleaning and sanitizing, administrative support, specialized services, operational support, caterers and servers, reception desk and gatehouse, building maintenance, firefighters, landscaping and plant maintenance, and indoor waste management services. In addition, it provides electromechanical maintenance, conveyor belts, industrial automation, overhead cranes, electromechanical assembly and shutdowns, scaffolding and lift platforms, industrial cleaning, metallic structures and tubing, building, and refractory industrial maintenance services; industrial refrigeration, compressed air and gases, refrigeration systems automation, steam generation systems, fire suppression systems maintenance, and water and wastewater treatment services; and logistics services. Further, the company operates restaurants under LC Cores and LC Essência brand names; and provides infrastructure services, such as highway maintenance and conservation, and airport and port infrastructure maintenance and conservation, as well as mining, gas pipelines and distribution, railroad, sanitation, and energy project infrastructure and maintenance. Additionally, it engages in installation, operation, and maintenance of utility systems. The company was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
