Ecoener, S.A., though its subsidiaries, engages in the generation of renewable energy business in Spain, Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia, and internationally. It operates through five Segments; Hydropower; Wind Farms; Solar Photovoltaic Plants; Energy Commercialisation; and Other. The company involved in the design, development, construction, promotion, management, maintenance, operation, closure and dismantling of the production facilities. It has generation capacity of 427 MW; 360 MW in construction; and 1,376 MW in development. The company was formerly known as Grupo Ecoener S.A.U. and changed its name to Ecoener, S.A. in July 2023. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in La Coruña, Spain. Ecoener, S.A. is a subsidiary of Luis De Valdivia, S.L.
