It also constructs, maintains, and operates public telecommunications networks and cable distribution systems for radio and television signals; provision of telecommunications services; distribution of a television and radio programs; provides information in the form of news, analyses, and databases; and information and other internet services. In addition, the company provides research, design, consulting, and expert services; public works, construction, and investment insurance; management and consultancy of investment projects; consultations in the field of graphic design and spatial engineering solutions; geomarketing research, preparation, and provision of sketches services; real estate transactions; construction of residential buildings; and maintenance of the infrastructure resorts. Further, it manages, constructs, modernizes, expansion and use of marinas; tourist activities; exploitation of sea beaches; carry out commercial and intermediary activities; produces and trades goods and services; printed products; provides education in finance and insurance; and organizes accounting and preparation of financial statements, as well as rental of campsites, administrative buildings and warehouse areas. Holding Varna AD was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria.
