In addition, the company offers insurance, including life insurance, health, small and medium enterprises, car and bike, domestic and international travel, and home insurance products; equity brokerage services for domestic and international institutional clients; investment banking services, including equity capital market, acquisition financing, promoter funding, growth capital, debt fefinance and bridge financing; IPO, qualified institutional placements, offer for sale, rights; mergers and acquisitions advisory, and structured products. It serves retail investors, high net worth Individuals, corporates, government, and financial institutions. The company was formerly known as ICICI Securities and Finance Company Limited and changed its name to ICICI Securities Limited in April 2003. ICICI Securities Limited was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Navi Mumbai, India. ICICI Securities Limited operates as a subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited.
