IGB Commercial REIT (IGBCR) was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa) on 20 September 2021. It was established with the principal investment policy of investing, directly and indirectly, in a portfolio of income producing real estate used primarily for commercial purposes in Malaysia and overseas. IGBCR’s investment objective is to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions, a sustainable long-term unit price, distributable income, and capital growth, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. IGBCR’s portfolio comprises 10 commercial buildings strategically located in the Klang Valley. These properties have a total net lettable area (NLA) of approximately 3.47 million square feet (sf). As at 31 December 2024, IGB Commercial REIT had a market capitalisation of RM1.36 billion. Its investment properties are independently valued at RM3.16 billion.
