The company was formerly known as Klaveness Combination Carriers AS and changed its name to Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA in February 2019. The company was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA is a subsidiary of Rederiaksjeselskapet Torvald Klaveness.
