Les Gaz Industriels Limited, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and distributes medical and industrial gases in bulk and cylinders in Mauritius and internationally. Its gas products include oxygen nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, hydrogen, helium, and acetylenes; and bulk gases, such as liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and liquid industrial and medical oxygen primarily used in hospitality, energy, construction, petrochemicals, chemicals, steelmaking, metals, and food and beverages industries. The company also provides medical gases, comprising medical oxygen, air, entonox, and nitrous oxide; gas equipment, including regulators, cutting torches, flashback arrestors, and various accessories and option; and distributes welding and cutting equipment and accessories. In addition, it supplies and installs gas reticulation systems; and distributes welding electrodes and medical and industrial equipment and consumables. Further, the company provides aftersales and maintenance, technical advice, showroom, and delivery and transport services. The company was incorporated in 1952 and is headquartered in Bell Village, Mauritius.
