The company also provides manufacturing engineering solutions, including accelerated operations, agile supply chain, content engineering, digital factory and simulations, line expansion and transfer, manufacturing automation, new product development, PLM on cloud, plant design and engineering, materials and parts management, and sourcing and procurement solutions; and plant engineering solutions, such as CAPEX project E/EPCM services, material and parts management, operational excellence, plant sustenance and management, sourcing and procurement, and regulatory compliance engineering solutions. It serves automotive, aerospace engineering, rail transportation, trucks and off-highway vehicles, discrete manufacturing and industrial products, process manufacturing, hi-tech, medical technology, public infrastructure and smart cities, and software and platforms. The company has a strategic partnership with Thyssenkrupp Steering to establish a global software hub in Pune, India. The company was formerly known as L&T Integrated Engineering Services Limited and changed its name to L&T Technology Services Limited in September 2012. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Vadodara, India. L&T Technology Services Limited is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited.
