Malek Spinning Mills PLC., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells yarns in Bangladesh. The company provides ring-spun, carded, combed, and open-end carded yarns; and denim fabrics. It also produces and sells denim bottoms, such as shorts, long pants, and skirts for men and women; and seamless active wear, leggings, bra and bikini, briefs, jersey knits, hooded jackets, and men’s boxers. The company offers its products to the local denim fabric and garments manufacturers. It also exports its products. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
