NexGen Energy Corp. through its subsidiaries, engages in the development and generation of renewable energy resources in the Philippines. The company offers biomass, biogas, hydropower, wind, and solar energy power. It operates three solar plants with an aggregate capacity of 13.859 megawatts-peak (MWp); and a pipeline of 353 MWp of solar projects and 1,330 megawatts onshore and offshore wind projects. The company was formerly known as Just Solar Corp. and changed its name to NexGen Energy Corp. in December 2023. NexGen Energy Corp. was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines. NexGen Energy Corp. operates as a subsidiary of Pure Energy Holdings Corporation.
