Novares Group S.A. designs, develops, manufactures, and sells plastic parts and systems for the automobile engine, exterior, and interior equipment. It offers engine equipment, such as plastic parts for air intake, oil and cooling circuits, shroud and engine protection components, noise reduction components, and battery trays and holders; interior equipment, including central panels and meter frames, woodwork and interior trims, and dashboard and console components; and exterior equipment comprising side frames and racks, and roof racks or rear module components spoilers for neutralizing unfavorable air movements. Novares Group S.A. was formerly known as Financière Mecaplast S.A.S. and changed its name to Novares Group S.A. in September, 2017. Novares Group S.A. was founded in 1955 and is based in Clamart, France with production locations throughout France. As of April 17, 2025, Novares Group S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Global Technologies SARL.
