Core Energy Minerals Ltd engages in the exploration and development of battery and critical mineral assets in Australia. It explores for gold, silver, uranium, rare earth elements (REE), and graphite deposits. The company holds an option to acquire an interest in the Brazilian REE and Uranium projects consisting of São José Uranium and REE Project situated in the northern portion of the state of Paraíba; the Tunas REE Project situated in the state of Parana; the Amorinópolis Project located in the state of Goiás; and the Grande Project situated in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. It also holds interests in the Namibian Uranium Tenements situated in Erongo region of Namibia, Africa; the Oar Graphite project located in Eyre Peninsula, South Australia; and the Douglas Canyon Gold-Silver project in Nevada, the United States. The company was formerly known as OAR Resources Limited and changed its name to Core Energy Minerals Ltd in December 2024. Core Energy Minerals Ltd was incorporated in 1985 and is based in West Leederville, Australia.
