It has license agreement with Elkurt, Inc. for FRG Antibody, bi-specific antibody anti-CTLA4, bispecific (FRG)x anti-PD-1 (FRGxPD-1), chit1 small molecule antifibrotic, and malaria small molecules and antibodies. The company was founded in 2019 and is based in Providence, Rhode Island. Ocean Biomedical, Inc. is a subsidiary of Poseidon Bio, LLC.
